Hi,

For what it's worth, my system started throwing the same error immediately after I updated Windows 10 to the 1803 version. It seems that the update altered the system's IIS settings. Following the instructions in Troubleshooting Tip #8 successfully restored my WAMP server to it's pre-update condition.
