WampServer

I have some PHPMYADMIN questions.

1) If I login , I constantly see a loading wheel in the left panel.

2) If I go to the databases designer option then I cant move or regroup the tables. Not all tables are shown or shown partly and the size is to big. The adjustment cross-arrow-pointer cant change anything.

What causes this problems?
