i am using wampserver 3.1.0 64 bit, i am using windows 8.1 64bit getting Application error The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)

Did you read the first dialog from the INSTALL. It tells you that you must install some Microsoft Runtime libraries BEFORE installing WAMPServer.

**NOTE**
As you are a 64bit user, please remember you must install the 32bit AND 64bit runtime libraries.
