Installing Wamp 3.1.3 over 3.1.0 wants new directory

I have the new Wamp server update 3.1.3. When I tried to install over 3.1.0, it will not install into the existing directory. If I create a new directory and install all my settings will be lost.

I received this update from an email sent by Source Forge stating that it was an update.

Does anybody know how I can get around this?

Do you have the 3.1.3 update or the full install?
