wampser 3.06 http.exe giving error

I have installed Wampserver 3.06 on windows 7. I have also installed all necessary VC library. I am getting pink coloured icon in my task bar.and http.exe is showing error as under.
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.
Kindly guide suitably. thanking you.

Hi,
Wampserver 3.0.6 does not exists anymore. The last version is 3.1.0 : see WAMPserver 3 - All you need to know
- Did you install wampserver "as an administrator" ?
- Is your Windows up to date (All updates installed)?
- Verify that all VC ++ packages are installed and with the latest versions.
To do this, use the tool:
Checks VC++ packages installed
And you will find all the packages on [wampserver.aviatechno.net] in section Visual C++ Redistribuable Packages
Do not forget that if you have a 64 bit Windows, you must install both 32 and 64 bit versions of each package.
You must install each package "as an administrator", so right-click the exe file and then run as Administrator.
