How to install APC cache on WAMP Server 64 bits

Hello and thank you for reading this message.

I'm trying to install the extension APC cache on WAMP Server 64 bits, in Windows 10 64 bits.
Currently I have PHP configured to run 7.0.10.

Does anyone know how to activate this extension with these indicated features?.
