Wampserver service 1 of 2 not working

Hi
I have wampserver 3.0.9 64bit fully nice installed but 1 service doesn't start after i have test developping on visual studio 2017 community and run asp.net core 2.0 web app throught IIS Express and Kestrel HTTP Servers.
How to retrieve my default windows 10 config for run wamp and retrieve wampserver now ?
