You must uninstall this version of PHP.
And ... you have to think about all the dirty things that installers put into the PATH environment variable and that are NEVER deleted when uninstalling?
This is why Wampserver, whatever the versions, does not use any environment variable and especially not PATH.
What is the content of the PATH variable?
If you do not know how to see it, just open a command window - as an administrator - and type:
PATH
to see the result.
As it can be annoying to copy the result, just type
PATH | clip
and the result will be in the clipboard that you will just have to paste.
