I forgot my password (different username to this) and tried to get a reset email. I tried several times and the web page reported 'Email sent'. However, I never received the email so I've had to become a different user!

Is there a fault in the auto-mailing program?

The problem has already been reported several times to Alterway, but, a priori, without action.
