WampServer

When I select "WAMPSERVER 32 BITS (X86) 3.0.6" from the downloads panel I get a pop up that says "Wampserver is available for free (under the GPL license). You can fill up this form that will enable us to send you the Alter Way Training news, publishing society, as well as all the informations linked to Wapserver evolutions. If you don't wish it, you can download directly".

There is no apparent form referred to in "You can fill up this form". You can only cancel the popup that takes you back to the down load screen. The other option is to select "download directly.". This only offers the X64 version.

I know I'm missing something. Any ideas?
