Used for one week now server won't boot

February 10th 2018: I installed WAMP server the third week in January 2018 64-bit version on a Windows 8.1 computer after a couple of tries I got it to work just fine it worked fine for about a week and a half or 2 weeks. Now today I can't get it to boot. It loads two of the three resources. I have completely shut down my computer and restarted it trying to start the server it doesn't make any difference. I can't tell which one is not loading. Help
