interbase extension again

Hi,
I have installed wamp v 3.1.0 64 bit on Windows 2008 R2 standard Server, i need the interbase extension but i can not activate it.
I checked php.ini and is ok, i have installed firebird 2.1 32 bit.
Any idea?
