Aestan tray menu error occurred when opening through wampserver icon?

I am using wampserver 3.0 64 bit version. When I access directly through browser its working fine but when I trying through icon click. It shows the error "Aestan tray menu error could not execute menu item (internal error]) [Exception] couldn't execute run action:The system cannot find the file specified".
Also I am facing another issues when I open a directory through wampserver home page, its not working. When I typing the full url, then its working.
Help me for this..
