Windows 10 64 bit wampserver 3.1.0 64 bit
Apache v2.4.27
PHP v5.6.31
MySQL v5.7.19
MariaDB v10.2.8
Wampserver icon is green
I do not have access to localhost
I do not have access to phpMyAdmin
When trying to connect to localhost, the following error messages are displayed:

( ! ) Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required 'C:/wamp64/www/index.php' (include_path='.;C:\php\pear') in Unknown on line 0
"
I use Advanced Systemcare Ultimate antivirus, as well as windows defender firewall.
My wamp installation path is "C:\wamp64\"
I don't know what a virtual host is.

Please help.

Hi,

Did you install all the required MSVC Runtime libraries? Like the first dialog in the install tells you to?
