Not able to install wamp on window 7 32 bit

Hii,
Done almost everything form installing 100 times to downgrading the c++ different version setup and reinstalling still this error occurs every time. Even if i manually download this dll and put over c drive system folder this error will get solve and another error similar to this on will occur.
The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-convert-I1-1-0.dll (httpd.exe(System error)
Please provide me the way to solve it, if is possible.

where you will find the answer to your problem and this answer has been there for a long time.
A tip, if it bothers you to read everything: 20-a
Answer that has already been given to you on 4 January 2018, for exactly the same reason.
