Is there a way to install PHP 5.3 on a fresh WampServer 3.1.0 64bit please?

For 64 bit version there is only PHP 5.3.28 addon.

Did you mean PHP 5.5.28 in place of 5.3.28?

The only 64 bit version of PHP 5.3 is 5.3.28.

If you thought PHP 5.5 in 64 bit, on the same site as above, there are, in 64 bit, the PHP version 5.5.38.

The official 64-bit versions of PHP started with 5.5.0.

If you need a 64-bit PHP 5.5. x version, tell me which one, and I'll build an addon for that version.
