How can I solve it?

There is no PHP version 5.5.12 for both full Wampserver complete installations or addons.

So on the one hand, you have another PHP installation somewhere on your system and this version of PHP is not part of Wampserver.

On the other hand, since this version 5.5.12 can be run as a command line within the Wampserver tree, this means that you have a path to PHP 5.5.12 in the system environment variables and mainly in PATH.
To check it, in a command window, type PATH

Wampserver 3.3.0 32 bit - Apache - PHP 8.2.4…7.4.33 - MySQL 5.7.40 - MariaDB 10.5.13/10.6.5
Wampserver 3.3.0 64 bit - Apache - PHP 8.2.4…7.4.33 - MySQL 5.7.40/8.0.31 - MariaDB 10.5.17/10.10.2
PhPMyadmin 5.2.1 - MysqlDumper 1.24.5
on W10 Pro 64 bit
Documentation Apache - Documentation PHP - Documentation MySQL - Wampserver install files & addons
