not updating changes in html or js script

after making changes in code, html or javascript, when run again from localhost, no changes are shown even if i reboot the compter?
do i have to clear out something??
any help will be greatful.

ok i asked a simple question, i thought this was a help forum???

To be able to answer the question you asked, one must possess divinatory talents. Alas, my crystal ball is broken, my tarot set is nowhere to be found, the thread of my pendulum is broken and my guesseress is on holiday.
There are a thousand answers to your question, each as good or as bad as the next.

- In what file ?
- Where is that file ? (complete path)
- How do you see that changes are not taken into account?

If you want reliable answers, you need to answer these questions explicitly and also those asked previously: READ (and answer) BEFORE YOU ASK A QUESTION

I could totally remove this thread, but I wouldn't do it in order to show the rudeness and vulgarity of some people who come here supposedly asking for help.
