Why does my WordPress 4.9.1 Child theme website on WAMP look great - but when uploading to live server - some of CSS is not always recognized or CSS (class or ID) priority is altered?

Are there some settings/programs on WAMP that mismatch my server?

Any help would be appreciated

WAMPSERVER 3.1.0 64bit - no changes to default settings
Windows 10 v 1709
My Live Server
Platform Type Debian
MySQL Version 5.6.32
Perl Version 5.8.8
PHP Version 7.0

Thought I was done and could publish, but when uploaded...

I suggest you read the WordPress Codex site. Search for moving a Wordpress site.

P.S. Its not a Wampserver issue
