Wamp services don't terminate at windows shutdown?

My first assessment of the problem seems to be wrong.
However Wamp services don't seem to terminate at windows shutdown like previous versions?

Hi,
Services are stopped at normal Windows shutdown.
Warning : With Windows 10 quick launch does not do a normal shutdown.
