WampServer

Hello looking to see how I would upgrade my WAMP setup from 3.0 to 3.1.
I am on WIndows 2008 R2 64bit .
Apache version 2.4.17 / PHP version: 7.0.0 / My sql Version: 5.7.9

Also Want to upgrade my Apache version to 2.4.27 once get the WAMP version upgraded.
Then probably upgrade the PHP to PHP 7.1.3

Can anyone help me with this??

WAMPServer 3.1.1 will upgrade any existing WAMPServer 3.anything as per the comment after the download link
