wamp won't even start,crashes immediately with..

I know is old wamp version but I need to run this version because I also use php4.

Hey Riggs

It's wamp in a folder that I use on windows 7,old.
Steve created/fixed/tweaked my install so I can use php4 as well as php5.
I have to use php534 because 543 does not work in my setup.
Normally I place the folder on c drive,start wamp,go to the tray icon then install the services.

I have a new server to use so wanted to use my wamp.
I place folder on c drive but when trying to start wamp I get the above.

installed all needed c++ and net3.5
currently using xamp
my colleague tried wamp3 1st but got same error so he then installed xamp

I stopped xamp services and exited before trying my folder wamp

Please check that you have all the MSVC runtime libraries installed on your new server.

All installed but still same error

the tray icon flashes briefly but thats it
