Apparently after installing the Windows 10 Creators Update, I get the following message (translated from Dutch):
httpd.exe - Application error. Cannot start the application correctly (0xc0000142), Click on OK to shut the application (I have checked that I have all the required redistributables with check_vcredist.exe)

Sorry: just noticed that kinerity seesm to report the same problem (in a comment on a post two posts undet this one!)

Hi,

Wampserver 3.0.8 works very well, without error, with Windows 10 1703 (15063.13) ie. Creators Update

- Verify that all VC++ packages are installed and with the latest versions.
To do this, use the tool:
Check VC++ packages installed
And you can find all packages on [wampserver.aviatechno.net] in the Visual C ++ Redistributable Packages section.

-Check with the Service Manager that services wampapache (or wampapache64), wampmysqld (or wampmysqld64) still exist.

These services can be created by the Wampmanager menus.
Left-Click Wampmanager tray icon -> Apache -> Service administration -> Install service

do the same for MySQL and MariaDB.

Then Left-Click Wampmanager tray icon -> Start all services.

---------------------------------------------------------------
Documentation Apache - Documentation PHP - Documentation MySQL - Wampserver install files & addons
