WampServer

I do not understand much about the GPL.

I just want to know:

I am a developer of PHP Applications. So I use WAMP as the server on my clients PC to run the application I develop for them. Note that my clients use their own PC as the server and I am not hosting it on my server.

Apart for the settings and conf files, I do not modify any part of WAMP.

Am I allowed to do this? The GPL License is too technical for a layman's understanding.
