Hi,

Are you sure that wampmaridb64 service is running ?
To see services running:
Right-click wampmanager tray icon -> Tools -> Check state of services
I wampmariadb64 is running you can try to switch off MySQL then put default port 3306 to MariaDB.
Right-Click wampmanager tray icon -> Wamp settings-> Allow MySQL to uncheck it
Left-click wampmanager tray icon -> MariaDB -> Use a port other than 3307 and choose 3306

Now icon is green , : ) but the MySQL disappeared
I do the follow, like you said:
1 - State of services:
The service 'wampapache64' is started
The service 'wampmysqld64' is not RUNNING nor STOPPED.
The service 'wampmariadb64' is started

Yes.
As it seems impossible (for the moment) to run MySQL, the solution is to disable it.
It does not change anything for your applications, even if it uses MySQL. MariaDB is now the default database manager and will be used seamlessly in place of MySQL.
Just a last check, now that the icon is green. It must be checked that the wampmysqld64 servcie is deactivated.
What is the résult of:
Right-Click -> Tools -> Check state of services
