WampServer

Hi to all,
I'm have installed Wampserver 3.1.0 64 bit x64 – Apache 2.4.27 – PHP 5.6.3 in Windows 10 64bit.
I'm trying to enable php_oci8 dll but everytime I'm receiving the followinng error:

[14-Nov-2017 12:57:50 UTC] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/wamp64/bin/php/php5.6.31/ext/php_oci8_12c.dll' - ��� ���� ���� �� ���������� � ����������� ����. ������.

in Unknown on line 0

I have tried wiith instant clent 12.2.0.1 for 32 and 64 bit but I got no luck with that.

In php.ini I found this
Use with Oracle Database 12c Instant Client

Which instant client version I need to make it work or what else am I missing?

The PHP extension oci8 can not work on its own. On Windows, the php_oci8 DLL needs Oracle client libraries

I do not know. You have to look at Oracle and ask them the question.
Here at Wampserver we can not know how to install dozens of extensions, hundreds of CMS and thousands of web applications.

If all else fails you could try reading the Oracle site help pages.

Just remember you have everything EXCEPT the instant client already loaded and you should be using the Thread Safe versions of anything and not the NTS (not thread safe) versions
