changing php versions

I know that this should be a easy thing but I can not figure it out. when I right click my Wamp server there is no version to change. could I get a step by step way to change my php version to 7.1.9

There is not just a button on the right side of a mouse.

I have a new installation of wamp64 on a different computer. Need to test my application on my pc without installing the new version of wamp but with recente version of PHP and MySql
