Hi friends

I export the mysql database from my host, updated wampser.64bit to 3.1, the files in my subfolder eg myweb under wamp64/www are identical to host except for configuration.php

When i browse localhost/myweb i got the following message. Even use /administrator, same download occurred. Please help. Thank you first.

I can open no problem with another website in wamp64 with virtualhost created using the option within wamp.

/**
* Define the application's minimum supported PHP version as a constant so it can be referenced within the application.
*/
define('JOOMLA_MINIMUM_PHP', '5.3.10');

if (version_compare(PHP_VERSION, JOOMLA_MINIMUM_PHP, '<'))
{
die('Your host needs to use PHP ' . JOOMLA_MINIMUM_PHP . ' or higher to run this version of Joomla!');
}

Guys

I found i have a .htaccess in the folder. Once i drop it there is no problem.

The content of the file is

<IfModule mime_module>
AddType application/x-httpd-ea-php56 .php .php5 .phtml
</IfModule>

Can someone explain what is means? THANKS

Hi,

RTFM [httpd.apache.org]

In addition, this has nothing to do and needs to be removed since in the Apache configuration file we already have:

AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php3

precisely so that the files with the extension .php or .php3 are well interpreted by PHP.

The directive of your .htaccess file
AddType application/x-httpd-ea-php56 .php .php5 .phtml
reorders (priority over httpd.conf directives) files with extension .php .php5 .phtml to be interpreted only by php 5.6 whereas the directives in the httpd.conf file accept all versions of PHP, so the active version in Wampserver.

Please, do not quote my name; cite my pseudo Otomatic.
Also, if you absolutely want to quote my name, do it with the correct spelling: Ottello, two "t" and two "l"

Hi,

NON - NO

You ask a lot of questions on the French forum. Questions I answered with (too) great kindness and then you say that it's my version of Wampserver that's messing (sic).
So, please, do not come to the English forum to ask the same questions, you can only have the same answers.
Wampserver that you use is fully functional and the problem is in the site files that you want to transfer locally.
The first error being in the.htaccess file which has a completely silly directive:
AddType application/x-httpd-ea-php56 .php .php5 .phtml

AddType application/x-httpd-ea-php56 .php .php5 .phtml

3 - Apache Version 2.4.33

4 - PHP Version 5.6.37

7 - What color is the WampServer icon (in the notification area of the taskbar) green okey

8 - Do you have access to localhost (Homepage WampServer)? yes

8a - If so, is there an error message at the bottom of the page? yes

It's a bad idea to add localhost to the project launch URLs. It is better to define VirtualHost in the file
wamp / bin / apache / apache2.4.33 / conf / extra / httpd-vhosts.conf
and do not add localhost in the url.

13 - error message --> application/x-httpd-ea-php56

Hi,

Can I help you with what? You have not told me what your actual problem is.

It looks like you have added a bad `AddType` to your httpd.conf file. So start by removing it, then tell us why you added it in the first place.

This is not reason enough not to apply the advice you have already been given.
Delete the superfluous AddType.

TypesConfig conf/mime.types

#
# AddType allows you to add to or override the MIME configuration
# file specified in TypesConfig for specific file types.
#
#AddType application/x-gzip .tgz
#
# AddEncoding allows you to have certain browsers uncompress
# information on the fly. Note: Not all browsers support this.
#
AddEncoding x-compress .Z
AddEncoding x-gzip .gz .tgz
#
# If the AddEncoding directives above are commented-out, then you
# probably should define those extensions to indicate media types:
#
AddType application/x-compress .Z
AddType application/x-gzip .gz .tgz
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php3

#
# AddHandler allows you to map certain file extensions to "handlers":
# actions unrelated to filetype. These can be either built into the server
# or added with the Action directive (see below)
#
# To use CGI scripts outside of ScriptAliased directories:
# (You will also need to add "ExecCGI" to the "Options" directive.)
#
#AddHandler cgi-script .cgi

# For type maps (negotiated resources):
#AddHandler type-map var

#
# Filters allow you to process content before it is sent to the client.
#
# To parse .shtml files for server-side includes (SSI):
# (You will also need to add "Includes" to the "Options" directive.)
#
#AddType text/html .shtml
#AddOutputFilter INCLUDES .shtml
</IfModule>

#
# The mod_mime_magic module allows the server to use various hints from the
# contents of the file itself to determine its type. The MIMEMagicFile
# directive tells the module where the hint definitions are located.
#
#MIMEMagicFile conf/magic

#
# Customizable error responses come in three flavors:
# 1) plain text 2) local redirects 3) external redirects
#
# Some examples:
#ErrorDocument 500 "The server made a boo boo."
#ErrorDocument 404 /missing.html
#ErrorDocument 404 "/cgi-bin/missing_handler.pl"
#ErrorDocument 402 [www.example.com]
#

#
# MaxRanges: Maximum number of Ranges in a request before
# returning the entire resource, or one of the special
# values 'default', 'none' or 'unlimited'.
# Default setting is to accept 200 Ranges.
#MaxRanges unlimited

#
# EnableMMAP and EnableSendfile: On systems that support it,
# memory-mapping or the sendfile syscall may be used to deliver
# files. This usually improves server performance, but must
# be turned off when serving from networked-mounted
# filesystems or if support for these functions is otherwise
# broken on your system.
# Defaults: EnableMMAP On, EnableSendfile Off
#
#EnableMMAP off
EnableSendfile off

# AcceptFilter: On Windows, none uses accept() rather than AcceptEx() and
# will not recycle sockets between connections. This is useful for network
# adapters with broken driver support, as well as some virtual network
# providers such as vpn drivers, or spam, virus or spyware filters.
AcceptFilter http none
AcceptFilter https none

Ok,

So the offending parameter may well be in the `.htaccess` file that came with your app

AS you are not using cPanel I would delete that `.htaccess` file
