How to start using ?

Hi to all

I am new to this so not sure how is this working. I downloaded Wordpress files from web server and mySQL database.
Now what ?
I mean, I created subdirectory in www folder , put wordpress files there
How to created database
How to login to PhpMyAdmin, what is username and password ?


What i need to change in Wordpress configuration to work now on my PC ?
Do i need to change domain name where every it is stated in database, into localhost now ?

Hi,

phpMyAdmin defaults are

Username = root
Password = [Leave this blank]
