WampServer

After installing wampserver 3.0 32bits(php 5.6+), on lunching the program I get various kind of .dll errors. after downloading the specific .dll file online and installing it, on lunching the wampserver again, it will display another kind of .dll error. I'm just tired of downloading .dll' files. the latest error message is "the program cant start because api-ms-win-core-localization-l1-2-0-.dll is missing from your computer,try reinstalling the program to fix the program." I'm using windows 7,32bit. and i've installed all the required redistributables. And the colour of my wampserver icon is red. please kindly assist me to fix this problem.
