WampServer

With older versions of wampserver, I was able to modify the DocumentRoot and Directory in the httpd.conf to point to my dropbox folder to serve my doku.php. So all i had to do was type localhost in the address bar in IE and it would take me to MY web page in dropbox. Now, with 3.0.6, those same changes do nothing, typing localhost still takes me to the wampserver configure page. Can someone help me out with this? I have no idea what I am missing here.
