WampServer

When we launch our phpmyadmin from wamp server it says:

"PhpMyAdmin - Error
I can not start the session without errors, check the errors in the PHP log and / or your web server and correctly configure your PHP installation. "


we were using wamp and it was run properly, but now we have this error.
We have already uninstalled wamp, but we still have this problem. how can we solve it?

well, actually it has opened the PHPmyadmin page on the localhost, but it doesn't work, because it allows to create new databases, but it doesn't allow to create the table inside the DB. so it still is a problem..
