WampServer

Hi,

I have created a website Locally, now I want to transfer this to another computer.
I get to the login screen of Wordpress, I enter my credentials.
Nothing happens no error nothing it just makes my password blank as if I have to put it in again.
I removed the '#' from the rewrite module in httpd.conf
