WampServer

I have tried to install both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of wampserver on my Windows 10 machine with Norton security.
I installed as an administrator.
I have verified that the C++ packages are all there.
There are no errors in the log files.
MySQL and Apache are both running.
The logo is pinky/red.
I have tried altering the port number from 80 to 888.
A command screen flashes up and disappears - the server and database start but nothing else.
Skype is not running.
Any ideas what is going wrong?

Further to my original message, I have the following error message when running MySQL separately in a command line:
C:\>wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.7.14\bin\mysql.exe
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'ODBC'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

I am using Windows 10 with a 64 bit operating system.
I used the latest downloads from the WampServer download page:
32 bit: Wampserver 3.0.6 32 bit x86 – Apache 2.4.23 – PHP 5.6.25/7.0.10 – MySQL 5.7.14 – PhpMyAdmin 4.6.4 – Adminer 4.2.5 – PhpSysInfo 3.2.5
64 bit: Wampserver 3.0.6 64 bit x64 – Apache 2.4.23 – PHP 5.6.25/7.0.10 – MySQL 5.7.14 – PhpMyAdmin 4.6.4 – Adminer 4.2.5 – PhpSysInfo 3.2.5

Please answer ALL the question in the link I gave you in my previous post.

Regarding your mysql.exe problem, please look up how to run the mysql processor. You can find a link to the manual in my signature block
