In WAMPServer 3 there is a Virtual Host defined for localhost

Run the upgrade ADDON to WAMPServer 3.0.6 which can be found here and there will be a menu item to allow you to easily edit the httpd-vhosts.conf file

Upgrade ADDON found here

Look for the [/b]Wampserver Updates[/b] title and download and run Wampserver update 3.0.6

Then edit the httpd-vhsts.conf by using the menus

- wampserver -> Apache -> httpd-vhosts.conf

Amend the access rights from

- Require local

To

- Require all granted
