Hi
This looks like something else is already using port 80 (the default webserver port number)
Can you run these following 2 lines of code in a command window
netstat -anop TCP | find ":80"
tasklist /FI "PID eq 999" /FO TABLE /NH
replacing 999 with the PID number from the previous command that is using port 80.
Here is a sample output, yours of course will be different
D:\php_source>netstat -anop TCP | find ":80"
TCP 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING 6224
TCP 192.168.2.11:49156 90.181.227.230:80 ESTABLISHED 604
TCP 192.168.2.11:49163 77.234.43.24:80 ESTABLISHED 1864
TCP 192.168.2.11:49394 50.7.100.202:80 CLOSE_WAIT 604
TCP 192.168.2.11:49571 89.31.144.147:80 TIME_WAIT 0
TCP 192.168.2.11:49572 89.31.144.147:80 TIME_WAIT 0
D:\php_source>tasklist /FI "PID eq 6224" /FO TABLE /NH
httpd.exe 6224 Services 0 25,784 K
D:\php_source>
Can you then copy paste the results of your attempt into here, so we can see what might be using port 80
It is most likely IIS as MS seem to think that needs installing on everybodies PC nowadays, but to be sure lets see the output first.
