Admin, the translation is very inaccurate and unnatural sometimes so I've come here to offer you free help with it (I am a native speaker and I am experienced in correcting mistakes and any sort of unnaturalness). First of all, thank you for proposing a "good" translation in Russian.

For Wampserver there are four language files:

- 1 - wamp\lang\russian.lang
for Wampmanager menus.
Encoded (Russian) with Windows 1251 and with DOS (CR/LF) end of lines
Reference file is wamp\lang\english.lang

- 2 - wamp\lang\modules\settings_russian.php (Does not exist)
for Wampmanager submenus, tools and parameters
Encoded (Russian) with Windows 1251 and with DOS (CR/LF) end of lines
Reference file is wamp\lang\modules\settings_english.php

- 3 - wamp\www\wamplangues\index_russian.php (Does not exist)
For wampserver homepage 'http://localhost/'
Encoded utf-8 with Unix (LF) end of lines
Reference file is wamp\www\wamplangues\index_english.php

- 4 - wamp\www\wamplangues\add_vhost_russian.php (Does not exist)
For wampserver add VirtualHost page 'http://localhost/'
Encoded utf-8 with Unix (LF) end of lines
Reference file is wamp\www\wamplangues\add_vhost_english.php

If one of the last three files does not exist, the English language file is used.
