WampServer

I have the same problem since yesterday, didn't do anything and it just stopped working. I tried a reinstall but that didn't work.

Your "solution" is not one, it is bad tinkering, without knowing what you do or why you do it.
There is absolutely nothing to modify by hand in httpd.conf. All the necessary tools are part of Wampmanager.
