2. Version 3.06 64 bit
3. Apache version - 2.4.23
4. PHP version 5.6.25
5. MySQL version - 5.7.14
6. Wamp icon is Green
7: Every line has a # infront - only lines with local host is :
# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost
8. Yes - access to wampserver homepage
8.a. No error message at bottom of homepage
9. Yes - access to phpmyadmin
10. When i try to submit a php form, I get the following error message:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /code/contact/< on this server.
Apache/2.4.23 (Win64) PHP/5.6.25 Server at localhost Port 80
11. I use Mcafee Live Safe antivirus software
12. C:/Wamp64/

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I should note that I was previously trying to use Xampp for this and was receiving a similar error message.

Remove the `#` so it looks like
