Did you install WAMPServer as suggested using the Administrator account?

This sounds like either something didnt happen in the install because it did not have Admin rights, or you are not running it with Admin rights.

Hi,

It seems that your system does not support symbolic links (SYMLINK).

Open a command window (as an administrator) on the folder:
c:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache 2.4.23\bin
and type
dir /al
and put here the result of the command.

Note: If you type "dir /al | clip" the result of the command will be directly put into the clipboard.

When I tried to open the command window as a administrator and I found it as below

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.14393]
(c) 2016 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>

I can't find c:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache 2.4.23\bin

Please help me with it .

Thanks in advance.

Good lord!

cd \
cd wamp64\bin\apache\apache 2.4.23\bin
dir /al

It is sounding very much like you may have your disk formatted as FAT32.

Check this. If you dont know how, read this [pc.net]
