LDAP apache Active Directory SSL connection

Hi,
Can you help us in setting up WAMP to connect to LDAP using SSL connection w.r.t. Where do the certificates given by the Domain Administrator needs to be installed and what are the configuration file changes required? We are trying to do the same function and have followed your method but it give Can't Connect to LDAP server error.
