Maybe you know why Microsoft has closed the downloading file?

All files required to install all versions of VC redistributable packages are on http://wampserver.aviatechno.net/ section Visual C++ Redistribuable Packages

Once again, Microsoft is changing the pages of VC Redistributable Packages without redirecting old pages.

This had already happened, for example for VC 2015 Update 3 which has changed pages three times and three times version number, but which was always called Update 3 when it should have been Update 5 in the end.
