php version of 5.2.9-2 not compatible with Apache version 2.4.9

I added the php version of 5.2.9-2 to my current php version of 5.5.12 running with Apache version 2.4.9 but the added php version of 5.2.9-2 is not compatible with the apache. please i need help

Hi,

PHP 5.2.x which is compiled with VC6 simply can not work with Apache 2.4.x compiled VC9, VC10, VC11 or VC14.

Why would you even use version php version 5.2.x ?
