Hi,

I'm facing this problem on my local installation of wordpress database where images with unicode filenames are not showing (broken links). When I checked apache access log its showing 404 error.
The file is present in the filesystem and its matching the filename.

I'm using WampServer Version 3.0.0 64bit
Apache Version: 2.4.17
PHP Version: 5.6.16

Are there any settings needed to be specified in apache to load these images properly?
Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Rahul

UNICODE? Which character Encoding?

If you are using UNICODE character set then you need to ensure that you are using unicode all the way through i.e. database, file system, web page, php code etc etc

This is not a WAMPServer issue!

Read The Manuals Apache -- MySQL -- PHP -- phpMyAdmin
Get your Apache/MySQL/mariaDB/PHP ADDONs here from the WAMPServer alternate Repo
