WampServer

hi - I have recently installed WampServer 3.0.6 on my Win 10 and its green, but when i lunch WampServer I can't see to Database to create.

I have followed steps told in below web link. my aim is to create a local host to work on my website.
also, I can see my localhost details as per below weblink

Please suggest if i am missing any setting...

That tutorial is a bit old.

Please read WAMPServer 3 All you need to know

Specifically the section near the top called "Before running the install, you must read these prerequisites:"

Uninstall WAMPServer, install all the required MSVC runtimes, then reinstall WAMPServer.

Please note these were all mentioned in the FIRST DIALOG that the install shows you.
