1 - Windows version used (Specify version number AND whether 32 or 64 bit)

Windows 10 Home 64-bits

2 - Version WampServer (Specify version number AND whether 32 or 64 bit)
3.0.6 64-bits

3 - Apache Version
2.4.23

4 - PHP Version
7.0.10

5 - MySQL Version
5.7.14

6 - What color is the WampServer icon (in the notification area of the taskbar)
Orange

7 - In the file c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, what are the active lines with the name [localhost] in them?
None

9 - Do you have access to phpMyAdmin?
No, I get a 404

11 - If you use an Antivirus and / or Firewall, please include the names of these
I use Avast, same problem without

12 - What is the full path to the installation of WampServer (eg D:\wamp\)
C:\wamp64

---------------------------------------------

I'm testing this on a fresh install of Windows 10. I've installed the required "VC 11 vcredist_x64/86.exe" as well.

When I start WAMP, the icon stays orange. MySQL works fine, but Apache is not running.

If I go to Apache > Service administration > Install service, I get a message that says that "Your port 80 is actually used by : Server: Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0".

I tried changing the port to 8080 (right-clicking on the icon > Tools > Use a port other than 80), then the icon turns green but when I go to localhost I get a "not found" error.

How can I solve this?

Thank you for the help.

You can close this thread, it turns out that it was the software for my Razer Naga mouse (Synapse) that was using Port 80. I fixed the issue by turning off and disabling the Razer SDK in Services
