Error opening CSS File for LocalHost Page

I have a couple of problems, but hopefully this may help fix most of them. if not I will open a new topic.

Wampserver starts and seems to operate normally on startup. All services are running. If I open the server, and try to open the LocalHost page, it opens with no styling. Using Firebug, the error for "getting" the stylesheet is "403 Forbidden -[localhost];

This has just started, it has operated flawlessly for quite some time.

My power has gone off intermittently due to storms, not sure if that had anything to do with it.

Version 3.0.6 - 64bit. Windows 10. Firefox and Chrome

Thank you for your time.

Hi

Have you accidentally deleted the \wamp\www\wampthemes folder, or something from within the folder?

I dont think so. I do get the forbidden 403 Error. It appears that everything is there. Its just not being allowed to load the CSS file.

All my Local host project work fine

Did you remove the localhost Virtual Host?
