I have just upgraded win7 to 10

As it is not an new installation of wampserver but an upgrade of a system from 7 to 10 with all installed applications, you need to

- 1 - install VC++ packages that are not installed with Windows Upgrade
See points 03, 08 and 20 from TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

- 2 - install Wampserver services
-- Launch Wampserver "as an administrator"
-- Wampmanager Tray icon (Even not green) - > Apache -> Service -> Install Service
-- Wampmanager Tray icon (Even not green) - > MySQL -> Service -> Install Service
-- Wampmanager Tray icon (Even not green) - > Start services

To clear this all you need to do is this

(left click) wampmanager -> PHP -> Version -> 5.5.12 ( Click the version number 5.5.12 )

It was marked.
Now I can see that the browser is looking for php my admin at [localhost]
and the project at [nameproject]
