apache service dont run!

I allready have intalled the wamp but just one of two services are running. Apache dont runs and nothing happens if I try to install service. I have intalled wamp in a server tha also runs an IIS and a Tomcat 4.1. I'm using wamp as package to run Dokeos elearning platform. Can you help me please?

apache will not run if IIS is running, you need to stop IIS
