WampServer

Hi everybody
I have a Problem regarding SSL. Im using Wamp 3.06.
I cant enable the LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so , if i do Wampapache64 wont start and i cant do anything against it. There is always the error 1066, if i acivate it. I edited the httpd-ssl.conf file to use a SSL-Certificate. After that I use the Tools, to look what the Problem is, in the SSL-Conf File it tells me, that all the SSLCertificateFile, SSLCertificateChainFile and SSLCertificateKeyFile are wrong.
Does somebody know how i can solve this problem?
